What to Expect
Champion Homecare Solutions expects to give you excellent services, and we want you to have that expectation of us. We want you to know ahead of time how our agency operates, what our Professional Homecare team will do for you, and how our routine works.
Getting Started – After reviewing our website you may fill out the customer request for information. Champion Homecare will either call you to talk with you, or you may request more information by email or mail.

Continuing the Search – We know it is a difficult decision to decide what agency to use, or even if an agency is the best choice. We believe our years of experience have prepared us to help you in your search. Every day we talk to people just like you. People that are in a decision making process. Some people choose to use our services, some do not, but we are grateful to participate in any way in your search for solutions.
Assessment – Champion offers a free assessment in your home to discuss your needs and how home care can meet your needs. A call to the office starts the process. A Supervisor will set an agreeable time to meet with you in your home to complete the needs assessment. At that time you can decide to use our services.
Service Agreement – At the assessment you can sign a Service Agreement to begin services. This service agreement is simply an agreement to let us begin home care. There is no time contract. You may stop services at any time with a 24 hour notice.
First Two Weeks Care – The first two weeks of care begins with an introduction to your caregiver and your Supervisor. The Supervisor will bring your caregiver to your home and make sure they are trained to give you services. The Supervisor will communicate to you by phone and in person the first two weeks to see if you are satisfied with your caregiver and the delivery of services. Much thought goes into the selection of the right caregiver for each client. However, sometimes it may take a couple of tries to find the right one. The first two weeks are dedicated to making sure your expectations are being met, and you are completely satisfied. This is also done if there is a change of a caregiver.
Ongoing Services – Your services with Champion are always a priority. If you have a flexible schedule, you must call the office each Thursday to report your schedule for the following week. If you have a constant schedule, there is no need to call the office to report your weekly schedule. Your Supervisor will be available at all times during office hours to discuss ways to improve your services. After hours and weekends Champion has an on call phone operator and Supervisor available to direct after hour needs. Champion Administrators are also available if needed. So, 24-7 you always have a Professional team to help you!
Changing of Service Needs – The Individual Service Plan may be rewritten at any time by request to your supervisor. Caregivers are also trained to talk to their Supervisor when the Individual Service Plan needs to be changed. After a significant change in condition such as a hospital stay, the ISP may need to be redone to meet the needs. Or, sometimes the plan needs to be changed because your need has improved and less service needs to be given.
Making the Decision – Champion recognizes that making the decision for home care is sometimes difficult. We would love to explore this decision with you today!
