It is the heart of Champion Homecare Solutions to help families and client’s overcome all obstacles to reach their goals for excellent home care. This is done on an ongoing basis from the developing of the service plan, to implementing and perfecting the plan as services are given.

After the first assessment, your Champion Supervisor will match your needs with the skills of our caregivers. This ensures that your caregiver will have the skills to service you effectively. Champion strives to also match you, with not only a person who has the skills you need, but also with the right personality. We want you to love your caregiver! If you are not pleased in any way, Champion will re-train or find you a different caregiver that does fully satisfy you.

Champion believes that each caregiver should be properly introduced into your home with time for onsite training. To accomplish this you will be assigned a Supervisor. Your Supervisor will escort new caregivers to your home and provide onsite training as needed. Your Supervisor will also follow your service plan to provide monthly or more frequent supervisions. This is all done to ensure good communication. You are not only hiring a caregiver, but a team of professionals to help you in your journey.

Champion Homecare Solutions is a local agency licensed by the state of Texas to provide Personal Assistance Services for clients in their own environment. CHS is both bonded and insured. CHS provides services and employment to all persons without regard to race, color, national origin, handicap, or age.
