Champion Homecare Solutions gives personal assistance while in the comfort of the client’s home or other living environment. A client’s living environment includes, but is not limited, to such settings as group homes, independent living, assisted living, long term care facilities, and hospitals. It can include, also, other settings that are in the daily routine of the client such as school, work, or church. CHS offers a variety of services to meet the client’s needs. Specific needs will be considered, and an individual service plan will be written to meet these needs.
CHS is committed to improving the client’s capacity for self-care and independence, and, also, committed to supporting the client’s choices for the life he or she has chosen. CHS recognizes that the client has spent a lifetime choosing interests, values, and making personal lifestyle choices. For this reason, Champion Homecare Solutions has chosen to go beyond an individualized service plan, and to, also, individualize the delivery of services to the client. In other words, we will work with the caregiver and the client, and/or family not only to perform certain services, but to perform them as directed and desired by the client.
A Champion is often defined as someone who overcomes obstacles to reach personal goals. CHS is committed to assisting families and clients in finding solutions to meet personal goals by developing a service/care plan with client/family input, implementing the plan, and perfecting the plan, (have it your way).

Champion Homecare Solutions is a local agency licensed by the state of Texas to provide Personal Assistance Services for clients in their own environment. CHS is both bonded and insured.
